If any provision of the Terms of Use is determined to be invalid, void, unenforceable, or unlawful by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be deemed separable from the Agreement, and such determination shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8. ENFORCEMENT

8.1. These Terms of Use entered into force on 27/07/2025 and if you continue to use the site, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use.
